Warez sites, adult, and illegal materials are not allowed on our servers. We firmly believe that these materials do nothing to enhance the internet "experience" for our users (and servers), and will not allow them to exist on our network.
While we do not actively look for such things on our network, if reported, or found in the course of normal monitoring, it will be investigated. If it's found that the account is providing, promoting or actively using copyrighted, pornographic or "hacking tools" type content, we may, at our discretion, suspend the account. We will reserve the right to delete the account, in the case of very serious offenses, with no refunds.
