Support desk change

We've moved to using the built in help desk that's tied directly to the client area and system. The old system was becoming unstable and awkward to use, so from here on all support related issues will be handled directly in the same system as everything else.

Whois Protection, now free!

Recently our registrar of choice has decided to make hidden/protected whois free of cost, so that is now on by default, at no charge to you. It's automatically applied on new registrations as well as renewals. The underlying information that you own the domain is still in the system, just not showing publicly. Domain name verification process

As of January of 2014, any changes made to a domain registration that affect the "whois" information must be confirmed. Changing the registrant name or any related information will generate a mandatory email confirmation that you must respond to. See this accouncement for details.
