Yes.
If you wish to have several names point to one main domain, that's called domain "parking". All the names deliver the main domain's files/site.
If you wish to have several sites sharing the account but show as separate domains/sites, that's an "addon domain". Each domain will show the contents of a subfolder of your account, as if it was it's own hosted site. The number of each of these you're allowed depends on the account you purchase.
