To add a subdomain ( on your account, please look for the "subdomain": icon on the main cPanel page. To create a normal subdomain, just enter the name you would like to give this in the box provided (see screen shot).

Adding a subdomain

To have this redirect to another server or domain, click the "setup redirection" button, and follow the directions on the next page. Bear in mind, setting up a subdomain will automatically create a directory/folder with that name in your account, if it doesn't already exist, and files for this subdomain should be placed in this directory. To access this "site" from a web browser, type in "", where "sub" is the name you used in setup. You can also reach these files by using the address as "".
