Domain Listing Center email

There is another new scam being perpetrated against anyone that has registered a domain name. A disreputable company is harvesting email addresses from domain registration records and is sending what looks at first glance like a bill.
This company is not in any way associated with Woollybear Web, and should be avoided at all costs. Any time you receive a notice about something like this regarding a name or account with us, please ask us before doing anything with it. We bill everything directly, and do not solicit you with offers of any kind, nor do we give out your information for others to do so.

Here's the company.
8171 Yonge St. Suite# 149
Richmond Hill, ON L3T 2C6
Please note, these folks are the same ones that run Domain Registry of America and Liberty Names, other companies known for shady tactics to get you to move you domain to their service by pretending to be invoicing you. The bill does state it's not an invoice, but that was only included after authorities forced them put that there.

In the email they send, it states this (though the dates and pricing will likely change):

This is a scam, and has nothing to do with Woollybear Web or the domains you bought through us. We don't share any of your information with any third parties, and don't send unsolicited commercial emails, as this one is. This company is using the publicly available contact information from your registered domain and spamming people with this "offer", made to look like an invoice. You should never pay someone to submit your sites to search engines, since this is something you can either deal with yourself, or ask us about. You should also be wary of emails received from companies you've never had dealings with before, especially when it looks like they're trying to bill you or change services.
If you get one of these, you can simply delete it, or feel free to contact us and ask about it.

Here's what it may look like. Portions specific to your domain registration are blacked out here.
