When do I use my system/hosting login? Print

There are 4 places where you will need to use your system login (username) to gain access:

SSH access to your account (if enabled). Your system login and system password is required.
FTP/SFTP access through your system username to your account requires your system password.
cPanel access, which requires your username and password (domain.com/cpanel)
To access your Master POP3 account (username@yourdomain.com) requires your system password
